All services for eXadox products are provided by MultiCIM Technologies Inc. technical staff, by Certified eXadox Consultants or Value Added Reseller Partners. Predominantly the services will be offered or overseen by MultiCIM personnel. MultiCIM is the developer of all eXadox technology-based software and has been providing software services since 1986. MultiCIM will undertake to ensure that services offered to eXadox clients are of the ultimate quality and that there is complete satisfaction.
Because eXadox applications are developed using technologically advanced tools engineered by MultiCIM, it is possible to provide extensions and customization very quickly and at minimal costs. Technical support is included with all eXadox products with the initial purchase. Clients are entitled to 2 month of free email support(12 for standard and advanced) at the time of purchase. Telephone support packages may be purchased.
Maintenance is included with all eXadox products with the initial purchase. With this service clients are entitled to one year of free updates. Maintenance service must be purchased for subsequent years at a nominal fee to benefit from free bug fixes and updates.
Software upgrades can be purchased at a discount by clients subscribing to the maintenance service.
Installation, Personalization and Training
Some of the services available for eXadox are : Installation, personalization and training. Personalization includes the creation and initialization of lists utilized by eXadox. These smart lists are created through the importing of data from client business and/or CRM systems. The use of these lists is to ensure that the client can take benefit of eXadox immediately following the training. The training is generally one on one but provisions can be made for training more than one person at a time. These services may be provided through remote Internet connection or face-to-face. The objective of this service is to ensure that the client becomes productive with eXadox as quickly as possible and most importantly is confident and happy to use the tool for the benefit of the company.
